Manna Food Bank uses the team at OneWhoServes to design and structure our network for today, and in support of our growth plans. We sit down once a year with our engineer to plan for upgrades, determine what changes need to be made and strategize about what we need to support changes at Manna. I appreciate that we often get 2 -3 options for a solution with the pros and cons of each to help us make the best decision possible. Additionally, OneWhoServes provides support for on-going user issues that we can’t solve internally.
